long ride

good to go for a long ride after a bit of time without. ~2:45, 45.5 mi, avg HR 131. Rode out with Brendan to Mendon Ponds, then back through farmland (251) by myself. Nice day, except I got soaked by a cloudburst about 5 miles from home. Felt like I was loosing strength late in the ride; I don't think I did a great job of eating regularly or enough.
