windy out there

definitely was today. rode various loops out in the TT area, 30 miles in 1:45. There were four of us, Ben, Gavin, and Matt (formerly of Colgate), but all new, so I actually was the only one that knew the route. I also spent a large amount of time on the front, which was fine with me. Gavin flatted partway through, which actually was pretty funny for some reason.

Gavin is one of those naturally talented people--I hope he keeps riding with the team. He's pretty dang strong already, with little training and clips he was keeping up no problem. Definitely in waaay better shape than I am. Something to work towards.
