nice run in the arb

and by the arb I mean the National Arboretum in east DC. when Chelsea and I went yesterday (Sunday) it was a bit sunny, about 50F. great day for a run. went about 35 minutes, easy pace.

easing back in

swam 2000 yds at masters on Monday, swam with Amy and Chelsea at Takoma on Friday and did another solid 2000. Yesterday (Saturday) went for a one-hour ride. first time back on the bike. felt pretty decent, but understandably weaker than when I was riding regularly. we'll have to see if I improve in time for the DC Tri Club TT series.
